Day 2
Sounds of Spanish
Play each track and speak out loud after the native speaker, copying as closely as you can. Do each track as many times as you need to master the sound
First Phrases
Lesson: Repeat the Spanish word out loud after the native speaker, then when you hear the word translated to English continue to say it in Spanish.
Review: After each English word or phrase give the Spanish equivalent. You then hear the correct word in Spanish; repeat it out loud immediately

Listening Training
These listening tracks have been carefully designed to help your brain tune in to Spanish spoken at normal speed. You are not trying to listen for meaning - it doesn't matter how much you do or don't undestand. Listen to each track as many times as you can during the day, ideally playing them in the background while you are doing something else like walking or doing things around the house
