Listening Training

These listening tracks have been carefully designed to help your brain tune in to Spanish spoken at normal speed.  You are not trying to listen for meaning - it doesn't matter how much you do or don't undestand.  Listen to each track as many times as you can during the day, ideally playing them in the background while you are doing something else like walking or doing things around the house
