Es mi hijo – He’s my son
No es mi hijo – He’s not my son
Es tu amiga – She’s your friend

Es su jefe – He’s her boss

Grammar Patterns 2 Text and Translation:
Vamos con ellos – Let’s go with them (male or mixed)
Vamos con ellas – Let’s go with them (all female)
Vamos con él – Let’s go with him
Vamos con ella – Let’s go with her
Vamos con ese – Let’s go with that (masculine)
Vamos con esa – Let’s go with that (feminine)
